If it actually did do damage, you should be able to have them either pay you back for it or have them replace it, but I'm not completely sure because YOU let them fix it, but then again it's their fault for breaking it. Don't do it yourself!!!! And since you seem to have a good re-poor with her, how about just going to her and telling her your possible suggestions and trust her to hook you up! Instead of stressing go to the one you've trusted to do you hair so far. My hair was down to my waist up until May 5, 2007. Because of medical reasons I had to cut it off, so I donated it to locks of love. Have your hair stylist wash your hair, then cut it. and if it's long enough, maybe you could donate it.
